If you have not integrated yet find help for your webshop integration here.

When at least one webshop is integrated you will see the URL of the webshop(s) you have linked in the table on the bottom of Settings > Integration and you should test if it is working as it should through these steps:

Test discount code and gift card creation
When integration is complete a section called 'Test connection' will appear in Settings > Integration. Insert a number in the 'Create Gift Card' field and click 'Create gift card in webshop' to test wether the gift card generation is working. And any value in the 'Create a discount code' and click 'Create Code in Webshop to test wether the gift card generation is working

If the discount code and gift card creation is working as it should it will give you a green tick.

Test Tracking of Sales
Do two test orders in your webshop, using one of the codes created in each of the orders, and come back to this page and click 'Check gift card tracking' to make sure the tracking of the gift cards are working and 'Check sales tracking' to make sure the tracking of the discount codes are working.

You will then receive a green success pop-up for both, confiriming that the tracking of sales are working.
