So you have started distributing your invitation links, great job!
Now you will soon start getting applications, and once you approve your applications you will start receiving requests for missions, mission submissions and messages which all needs to be responded to.
One of the strongest correlating factors for success in ambassador marketing is to respond to your ambassadors promptly. In this day and age people are used to near instant responses, so the quicker you are able to respond to your ambassadors applications, requests, submissions and messages the better!
You should strive to never leave an ambassador waiting for response for more than 48 hours.
The 4 main things you need to respond to is:
First you'll get applications from people who want to become your ambassador. It is up to you wether you approve or reject them. It is recommended to keep a brand policy on who your ambassadors should be, and you do not need to approve those you do not want as an ambassador.
In the Application Tile you can click the main image to browse their latest Instagram photos and see likes and comments if they have linked their Instagram Profile.
You can hover over the total followers to see what social media accounts they have linked with their following and engagement rate, and click to go to the relevant social profile.
With the + up in the right hand corner you can choose to add the ambassador directly to a Segment, to control what missions this specific ambassador will see.
If you reject, they will be sent the Rejection Message on email
If you approve, they will receive the Welcome Message in the message center in the app and on email.
