Creating that perfect Instagram photo or hilarious Facebook caption can take a little time. It is important to allow your Ambassadors the time to be creative and conscientious when completing your freebie missions to get the best possible result. 

We want to help you easily manage your missions by tracking at which stage of a freebie mission an Ambassador is at. Therefore, we have separated Mission details into 3 stages for your freebie missions:

  1. Freebie request
  2. Freebie given
  3. Mission submission

If you have created a mission with request to do turned ON, which is not offering a freebie, instead of "Freebie given" it will show as "Awaiting submission". 

What does it mean if an Ambassador is in "Freebie given"?

Once your Ambassador has been approved to take part in a freebie mission, they will wait for their product to be delivered and then submit. They will remain in Freebie given until they have submitted for the mission. Once the Ambassador has submitted, they will more into Mission submissions.

In the freebie given table, you will see:

  • Ambassador name and date they were approved for the mission.
  • Reward - the free product you have provided.
  • The reward delivery - either given by code, a message or shipping directly to the Ambassador. For more information on the different options to ship free products please click HERE.
  • If a code is given, the expiry date of the code will be provided.
  • Number of days left to post
  • Notifications sent.
  • Actions

What are freebie notifications?

We want to encourage your Ambassadors for you to purchase their freebie and complete your mission. Therefore, if you have delivered your freebie by code an automatic message will be sent after 2 days and again after 3 days of being approved from the mission. This message will be received by the Ambassador in the message centre and will state:

Hi,

We see that you still have not used your freebie code {CODE} to get your free {PRODUCT}.

Copy the code and go to {WEBSITE} to complete your order.

If you already did use the code, please click here.

Best Regards,
{BRAND}

If they click HERE in the message, the code will be marked as used. If they still do not post for the mission they will receive another message within 72 hours of the deadline for the mission:

Hey,

The deadline for submitting the mission {MISSION NAME} is fast approaching and less than 72h away.

Please make sure to submit the mission on the app before the time runs out to avoid any sort of late submission penalty.

Then again within 24 hours of the deadline for the mission:

Hey,

Tick, Tock... The deadline for submitting the mission {MISSION NAME} is fast approaching and less than 24h away.

Please make sure to submit the mission on the app before the time runs out to avoid any sort of late submission penalty.

Looking forward to seeing your mission submission, and let us know if you have any questions.

Finally, if they still have not submitted they will receive one final message from you urging them to submit.

Hi again,

The time is up and we kindly request that you submit the mission {MISSIONNAME} at your earliest convenience. You will not be able to do any other missions from us, until this mission is submitted.

The Ambassadors will receive they notifications in the app message centre from your brand. 

What are the "Actions" in the freebie given table?

There are three actions you can do in the action table:

  1. Edit number of days left to submit.
  2. Remove Ambassador from freebie mission.
  3. Block Ambassador from your brand.

1. Edit number of days left to submit

Your Ambassadors may not be able to submit in time due to shipping issues, unforeseen circumstances causing delay or they just need more time to make it extra beautiful. It is super easy to edit the number of days left by clicking on the pencil icon. A pop up will appear and give you the option to add more days to the Ambassadors deadline. 

You can also add a message to the user by toggling on "Send message to user". An example text would be: 

Hi,

We have given you some extra time to submit the mission: You Deserve a Free Jumpsuit 👊

This mission now needs to be submitted in 10 days

2. Remove ambassador from the freebie mission. 

If the Ambassador can no longer take part in the mission, you should remove them to avoid penalties on their account (not being able to complete other missions for you and cash withdrawals halted). This is done by clicking on the bin icon in the table.

The Ambassador will be removed from the mission and will no longer see it on the app. This is a permanent removal and they cannot take part in the mission after. 

3. Block Ambassador permanently from your brand.

You want the best Ambassadors in your community and sometimes that may mean ending your collaboration with a particular Ambassador. You can block the Ambassador for up to 7 days or permanently by clicking on the block into in the action column. A pop up will then appear asking if you would like to permanently block or temporarily block for up to a week. It is also possible to enter a message here explaining why the Ambassador has been blocked. 

💡It is also possible to bulk remove Ambassadors and edit days left to post by selecting the Ambassador and clicking on the bulk actions

You can also use the bulk options to add to a segment and send a message. 

To find an Ambassador in the freebie given section, you can use the search bar at the top left of the table to search their names.

To view more Ambassadors per page click on the scroll icon in the bottom left corner.

You can also filter your Ambassadors by delivery status and days left to post by clicking on the filter icon at the top right corner of the table.
