The 'Buzz per social platform' section is a great way to get an in-depth analysis of your ambassador's submissions and their performance, divided by social platform. We can show you a break down of various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tumblr, Snapchat, and Blog posts.
Each platform is then broken down further into different sections:
This is the number of submissions you have received for this type of social network. This means you've selected this social network as an 'Action' for a mission.
This is the number of posts your ambassadors have created for this network. Whether it's a Facebook status, tweet, Instagram carousel or YouTube video, they will show here.
This shows the potential reach for any posts completed by your ambassadors, specifically the following your ambassadors have at the time of post and 'potential' number of people to see this. For Instagram, you can hover over this section to see a breakdown of reach for posts and stories.
This is the number of likes a post has received on the relevant social network. When you post a social boost 'like' mission, the number of likes (submissions) you gain on that post is also shown in this section.
This is the number of comments a post has received on the relevant social network. When you post a social boost 'comment' mission, the number of comments (submissions) you gain on that post is also shown in this section.
Shares / Retweets
This is the number of times a post has been shared or retweeted by your ambassador's followers, and also any 'share' or 'retweet' missions your ambassadors have completed for your own posts.
This figure is only for Instagram, and shows the number of Instagram stories your ambassadors have created for you.
Video / Story Views
This is the total number of views your ambassadors have gained through their Facebook or Instagram stories, YouTube videos or Twitter videos. This figure is submitted by ambassadors after 24 hours of their story or video being live.
This figure shows the engagement rate your ambassadors have achieved through their social posts for you, and are specific to each social network. Engagement rate is calculated by the 'reach' from your ambassadors, and the number of likes, comments, and views they achieve.
