We use our third party transaction service called Payoneer to transfer cash into your bank account. This is similar to Paypal, so you will need to set up your direct debit account before withdrawing cash. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Click into your settings and scroll down to "Cash Withdraw".

2. Enter your details and select "Continue to bank account details".

3. You will then be redirected to Payoneer to enter your card details and set up your account. 

💡Please note, it can take 2-3 weeks for Payoneer to process your account. You will receive a notification once approved, then you can begin withdrawing cash.
