It is important to find the perfect Ambassadors for your brand. Whilst finding the perfect gem you may receive applications from Ambassadors who are not the right fit.

To set up a custom automatic message Ambassadors receive after being rejected by your brand follow these steps:

1. Click into your settings and scroll down to "Application rejection message"

2. There is already a pre-set message set to Ambassadors that you can read in the box. Type your custom message and click save.

If you do accidentally reject an Ambassador, you can always revert the rejection. We would suggest messaging the Ambassador directly through the message centre to let them know it was an accident on why they were rejected.
